Child and Family Therapist
Anastasia Arauz is a child and family therapist and family life coach. Anastasia's work experience includes 5 years as a middle school teacher and 9 years as an elementary school counselor. In 2014, she earned a certification in play therapy and became a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Anastasia also served on the Board of North Carolina Association of Play Therapy, 2013-2020. From 2019-2023 Anastasia built her own private practice working with children and families in Jacksonville, NC. In 2022, Anastasia began coaching and partnering with moms and parents to help them learn how to create a healthy mindset around building a balanced family system.
